A memoir is a narrative account of a personal experience. There are many memoir pieces used in our anthology, “A Multicultural Reader”. Blog about the following topics:
- Why do you think our book includes so many memoir pieces? (Look at the table of contents. Each selection is identified by its style.)
- What makes memoir writing suitable to exploring the theme of cultural diversity? Explain.
- Why do we find it interesting to read about the personal experiences and feelings of others? (Consider why we also find it interesting to watch the personal experiences and feelings of others in the dozens (hundreds?) of reality shows on TV.)
So it can explain what is about and what it means. It was a lot of details and you can think about how the image is. I think because you can have things in common and learn and always they can give you a message. And also you can be helpful in a way.
